The story began in a home kitchen in Zambia, with my mum who took great pleasure in providing happiness to her customers through her food. Baking with her and learning her recipes made me want to create my own business and more recently with the introduction of Home baking and catering business.
Each and every item produced by Katilicious is lovingly handmade, with great pride taken in the preparation, baking and delivery. The recipes are inspired by both authentic local french classics, as well as international favourites.
Katilicious always looks to experiment with new flavours and combinations. The pure and simple connection of these recipes and french ingredients and techniques help me form Katilicious to share my beautiful experience with others.
